Return Policy

We want your shopping experience at Rang Jah to be exceptional, which is why we have a comprehensive returns policy in place. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Online Orders Returns Period:

We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered. If it has been more than 14 days then unfortunately the item(s) cannot be returned. The return period for store collection orders begins on the day your order is ready for collection. Online orders must be returned by post ONLY

Return resolution:

  • Refund: We are offering free shipping and we cover the first £5 of these delivery services, so in case of a return the £5 covered by us to deliver the product will be deducted from your total refund amount. The rest of the amount will be refunded back to the original payment method of the price of the item(s) returned if returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition, and with all the tags attached. Refund takes up to 14 days after the item is received by our returns team.  If an item(s) was paid using a credit note then it will be refunded back to the credit note.

Damaged Outfits:

Items must be returned unused, in original and saleable condition. It is your responsibility to inspect the item for any damages before wearing or using it. If you decide to use the item because you did not have any other option then unfortunately we will not be able to accept it for a return even if it was faulty. If you notice any damage after wearing the dress, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return. If an item is damaged through misuse or negligence then unfortunately we will not be able to offer a return.

Postage:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to return:

  1. You can request a return online at https://rangjah.com/pages/return-form
  2. You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g. Post Office, DPD, Hermes, etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance are provided as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during transit.
  3. Please write your order number and return resolution (Refund/Credit Note) on a piece of paper, include it inside the package, and send it to
